What are my USA shipping options?
We ship via USPS First Class, Priority and Express Mail. Please let us know if you have any shipping concerns that we should be aware of.
- First Class shipping is our least expensive option at $5, takes 3-6 business days, and is available for purchases up to $150.
- USPS Priority Mail shipping is $9, takes 2-5 business days, includes package tracking, and is available for all jewelry packages up to $150.
- Express Mail shipping is $35, takes 1-2 business days, includes insurance and package tracking. If your item needs to be rushed, please call the store to confirm. 1-917-305-0510.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we offer international shipping via USPS (from USA) and Poczta Polska (from Poland) Unfortunately, international orders will not qualify for free shipping. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for international shipping. International shipping cost is 25$.

W Polsce mozliwa jest wysylka listowna za pomoca Poczty Polskiej lub przesylka kurierska InPost. Wszystkie przesylki pocztowe nadawane sa w potwierdzeniem odbioru (list polecony). Dostepne opcje przesylki listownej to List Ekonomiczny i List Priorytetowy
- List ekonomiczny - to najtansza mozliwosc wysylki w Polsce, koszt wynosi 7 PLN. Czas dostawy to 3-7 dni roboczych.
- List Priorytetowy - koszt wynosi 10 PLN. Czas dostawy do 2-3 dni robocze.
- InPost Kurier - koszt wynosi 14 PLN. Czas dostawy to 1-2 dni robocze, najczesciej dostawa nastepuje w nastepnym dnu roboczym po nadaniu przesylki. W tej opcji dostepne jest powiadomienie mailowe i SMS-owe. Mozliwe jest dostarczenie w sobote, za dodatkowa oplata 20 PLN.
What are the conditions of your FREE SHIPPING offer?
We offer FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping on all domestic jewelry orders of $49 + up. Oversized items may incur an additional fee. Express mail shipping will be an additional fee.
How do I track my package?
If your package is being shipped domestically, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number when your package ships. If you have a concern, please let us know.
How can I return my order?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day grace period for returns or exchanges, counted from the day your package is delivered. Items being returned/exchanged must be in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return postage, unless we have made a mistake or there is something wrong with your order. Please be sure to ship items in original packaging with padding or bubble wrap, and send with either tracking and / or insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages or items damaged in shipping. You MUST contact us first to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a restocking fee for any returns/exchanges not meeting these conditions. We do not accept returns on CUSTOM ORDERS or sale items. These purchases are FINAL SALE.
